Glazes

G - coloured lead glazes

The glazes of the serie „G“ are highly reliable frit glazes, transparent up to opaque, with the content of lead oxide PbO 15-60%.

G - transparent lead glazes

It is about the frit lustrous colourless glazes with the content of PbO 10-60% of the mass.

Dw - white opaque stannic lead glazes

The glazes serie „Dw“ are reliable white frit glazes with the content of lead monoxide of 10-50%.

Pd - coloured leadless glazes

The glazes serie „Pd“ are coloured lustrous semi-opaque till opaque frit glazes, engrained by ceramic pigments and metal oxides. They do not contain lead, antimony, arsenic and other dangerous substances.

P - transparent leadless glazes

The glazes serie „P“ are transparent leadless colourless lustrous frit glazes without the content of lead monoxide (except P 011 91 - 1% of PbO).

Pw - white opaque zirconium leadless glazes

The glazes serie „Pw“ are reliable white frit glazes without the content of lead.

R, Rm - ceramic potter glazes

The glazes serie „R“ and „Rm“ are raw or semi-raw (frit content 10-30%) high-melting glazes without content of lead monoxide, colourless or coloured, engrained by metal oxides or ceramic pigments.

Pm - coloured mat leadless glazes

The glazes serie „Pm“ are mat coloured frit opaque glazes without the content of lead.

Gmu - mat artistic glazes

They are the opaque frit or semi-raw highly lead glazes with the content of 40-70% PbO, designed for the decorative ceramics entirely.

Gu, Lu - arctistic special glazes

The glazes serie „Gu“ and „Lu“ are coloured, lustrous till semi-mat, frit, semi-raw and raw decorative, by appearance highly impressive glazes with the content of PbO 40-90% of the mass.

Gm - coloured mat lead glazes

The glazes serie „Gm“ are white and coloured frit, semi-raw and raw mat zinc glazes with the content of PbO 20-50% of the mass.

O - stove fitter glazes

The stove fitter glazes are raw colourless lustrous transparent highly leaded glazes with the content of PbO 60-75% of the mass. This glazes are lowly chemically resistant and it is not possible in any case to use these for the production of kitchenware, incoming into contact with foodstuffs.

Ga - aventurine leadless glazes

The aventurine glazes are frit, hard alkaline, coloured opaque glazes without the content of PbO. They are designed for the firing temperatures of 960-1080°C. By the temperatures over 1000°C, they flow off very hard.
